Well…the window actually. We are a homeschooling family and I discovered the coolest thing. Crayola makes window markers (see below). We use our big slider door in the kitchen as our chalk board–writing their letters when they were younger and math problems and things they are to memorize now.
We also use it to write inspirational notes, bible scripture and the occasional message to one another. It also makes a great place to create a temporary piece of art or create silly designs to put your face in. The best thing is…it comes right off!
This also becomes a piece of discussion when we have company over…I think they are jealous because they are not writing on their windows.
The writing on the wall–I mean window– is just a little piece of “home” to us.
