I’m in the middle of one of my volunteer at church assignments. I lead the Hospitality Ministry at a new campus at our church. Well, I am actually stepping down from this ministry at the end of the month but I have one final “big event” to oversee before I do — Pancakes and Thanks.

During our service the Sunday before Thanksgiving we are setting up tables in the sanctuary and pancakes being served with a Pancake Toppings Bar. It is a definite work in progress but here is a sneak peek of the toppings Bar.
